There's a company called Vinyly that will convert the ashes of the deceased into a finished, vinyl record. The company's slogan “Live on beyond the groove” will convert the ashes into wax starting at £3,000.
For the record itself, you can either put licensed music on it, previously recorded spoken words or you can even leave it audibly empty.
Vinyly will also allow you to have personal sleeves designed including details such as date and birth.
The founder Jason Leach says “When the album that is life finally reaches the end, wouldn’t it be nice to keep that record spinning for eternity?”
