Year after year, a wide variety of events are held on Memorial Day Weekend across the country. For music fans, there's Sunset Music Festival (Tampa Bay, FL) and other festivals from coast to coast, while sports fans have the NCAA Lacrosse Championship, as well as one of the world's biggest races all year, the Indianapolis 500.
This past year was the 100th running of the race, which deemed even more celebration, creating an event for the music fan and the sports fan, alike. Top artists from around the world, including Martin Garrix and Skrillex, came to perform at the Indy 500's snake pit and Garrix gave the race fans a show to remember, playing hits: new, old, and unreleased. An anticipated track that Garrix dropped during his set was his “Follow Up” to one of his favorite tracks to date, Forbidden Voices.
Garrix had previously played the “Follow Up” for the first time at OMNIA Nightclub San Diego (Cover Photo) last week so fans should be happy to now have a relatively high quality version while they wait further for an official release.
Listen to Martin Garrix's Forbidden Voices “Follow Up” shortly after the 1-hour mark and enjoy the entire Indy 500 set that was streamed by SiriusXM Electro below!
