The internet has been the ‘go to' source for the freshest music content for decades now. Creative minds, working around the clock 24/7, fueled by their own internal inspirations, are given a pedestal to launch their ideas.
Well, yet again, this proves to be productive.
Vine users were inspired by a Music Video clip created last year set to an ‘Episode of The Simpsons”, that they ended up creating a super chill, liquid infused track. One can make the argument that these users (although most likely the trend will be short lived as anything that goes viral) are creating a temporary “Simpsons' genre. What's next? Who knows. Maybe we'll be hearing EDM snobs saying, ‘What genre. Hm, sounds something like ‘Electro-Simpsons-Synth Pop-Step'.
