It's always great to see up and comers making moves in the industry, and it's even sweeter when they're as down to earth and genuine as the 219 Boys. The bay area bass house scene has skyrocketed in recent years and childhood friends and DJs, Elric and Scott, find themselves right in the middle of it. The duo originally started to turn heads with their mashups and remixes of popular artists including G-Easy and Glass Animals. After winning Insomniac‘s Discovery Project, the boys found themselves in the eye of some of the today's hottest house music artists and since have releases a slew of successful bass house tracks on fan favorite imprints such as Perfect Driver, House Of Hustle, and Night Bass. Earlier this year, the duo had also started a monthly radio show called Lowlife, which highlights their trademark sound and has featured guests like From Drop Til Dawn, Taisun, and Hotfire.
After showing up on the recently announced EDC lineup, the 219 Boys are determined to show the world that they are among the best up and coming dance music acts in the industry.
