Following the success of ‘Ghosts’ and ‘Blue Sky’, Feenixpawl is back, and this time joined forces with LA native APEK, and singer/songwriter Karra on a progressive house track called, ‘Quicksand'. APEK has been on a tear over the past 18 months with tracks, ‘Anywhere But Home’ with Breathe Carolina, ‘Voices’ and ‘Broken Souls’, which all received a huge amount of support. Both Feenixpawl and APEK toured nationally on a massive 21 date U.S. bus tour at the end of 2015 ,and from which blossomed this epic collaboration.
‘Quicksand' is an emotional yet powerful track with elegantly beautiful vocals that create an endless amount of energy from start to finish. This is definitely one of the better progressive house tracks I've heard in a long time and I know I'll be adding this one to my summer playlists. Give it a listen below and be sure to support.
