Some of the questions the D.E.A. is asking themselves is What do ravers drink? What is PLUR? What do ravers wear? Fortunately the D.E.A. has compiled a list of all of these answers in the official DEA's summary of “The Rave and Club Culture/Designer Drugs” 2001 document.
The DEA report was based on a retired detective who had been attending raves since 1992. Here were some of the highlights.
