The Jungle Terror, Bass Music rising star KANDY is back at it with this educational tutorial series in partnership with MetaPop. KANDY's 3 part “Art of Remixing” series was filmed at the iconic “Icon Collective” Production school, and is aimed at shedding light on his methodology behind producing remixes.
The first iteration of the series focuses on the background of MetaPop and KANDY's broader view on production & remixing. Highlighting: vocal chopping, pitching and other baseline functions to set the infrastructure and tone of your new remix.
With KANDY's newly formed imprint “The Cavity Collective” slated for its first release this Friday (August 12th); which is appropriately named “Fudge It” already gaining incredible support from the likes of: Skrillex, Diplo, GTA, The Chainsmokers and culminating with this choreograph skit by Major Lazer at Lollapalooza, it is clear that KANDY is gearing up for an exciting run to close out 2016.
