If you were just some 18-year-old caught smoking something, we're pretty sure there wouldn't be a news article about it. When you're the daughter of the US president though, this changes things.
Malia Obama, 18, recently came back from her time at Lollapalooza. It seems that festival-goers spotted Malia pretty quickly and it didn't help that the secret service was surrounding her at all times.
So when someone noticed Malia smoking either a cigarette or a joint on Camera, people jumped at the opportunity of sharing that photo to social media.
