Recently, one of the most well known clubs in London, Fabric, was forced to close down. The closure was due to a concern of “A culture of drugs exists at the club which the existing management and security appear incapable of controlling,” according to The Islington Council.
In addition to DJs and the dance community remembering the iconic venue, a throwback gem of a mix performed at Fabric has surfaced. Icons themselves, Sasha and John Digweed, performed at Fabric on New Year's Eve back in 2001. This two hour classic Electro mix includes a nice range mixes. From the smoothness of Airgap, to the harder, club-worthy sounds of MV, this mix has the perfect variety of sounds to salute the legendary venue.
