According to WhoSampled.com, there's one song that has been sampled more than any other song. The song they are referring to is a 1960s song called “Amen, Brother” by The Winstons. The website claims that it has been sampled in over 2,000 songs, but the sample only lasts roughly 6 seconds long. Instead of using the vocals or chorus, “Amen, Brother” is known for the ‘Amen Break' which is a particular drum beat.
