Just days after The Weeknd and Daft Punk released their new single “Starboy,” rumors began to spread that Lollapalooza Chile had successfully booked Daft Punk.
Excitement began to spread as Daft Punk's previous world tours were spaced 10 years apart (1997 & 2007). Fittingly 2017 would make sense for another world tour.
Unfortunately an industry source reported to COS that there are currently no plans for a Daft Punk performance in the 2017 year.
It seems as though fans will need to continue waiting for the robots to return.
