“Distortion is about freedom. Doing what you love in the absence of fear. Challenging yourself and appreciating the moments in-between moments! Recognizing the paradox and duality in everything which makes life as amazing as it is.” – J Sutta
J Sutta is putting the final touches on her debut album “I Say Yes”, but that hasn't stopped her from giving the fans yet another taste of it. Her second single ‘Distortion' is a very sexy pop/dance track that leaves you wanting more. It hooks you with an uplifting beat, distorted synths, and of course Sutta’s beautiful voice layered in.
Produced by The Code and Danny Majic, ‘Distortion' really hits all the right spots, and grows on you with each and every listen. It's the kind of track that gets stuck in your head, so don't be surprised if you catch yourself singing it later in the day. When I first listened to ‘Distortion' I found myself comparing it to her first single ‘Forever', but that's not a bad thing by any means as she set the bar very high. Now with two great tracks off of her album, she's building quite the buzz for its release. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled to Sutta's social media for more updates, but in the meantime, take a listen to ‘Distortion' below. Enjoy!
“I can’t wait for people to hear this record,” says Sutta. “It has taken a lot longer than expected but it is truly going to be a reflection of my growth as a person and artist and I promise it’ll be worth the wait.”
