Remember that one time Eric Prydz released an industrial-inspired techno project under his alter ego, Cirez D and it was just what we needed? Good news, he’s done it again.
The 2nd EP released this year from Cirez D is just as dark & mysterious as we had hoped for. “Backlash” has an edgy start that ripples along with a melodic, dark energy. Its counterpart, “The Tournament,” is a bouncy tech-inspired production that’s left us wanting more.
Prydz has had a busy 2016 full of new releases. He kicked off the year with his debut album Opus in February and his other Cirez D EP kicked off in May.
