Insomniac, has released the full lineup for it’s annual New Year's Eve event, Countdown. Last July it was announced the event would be expanding into two nights, further pushing the events name. Countdown is set to take place at San Bernardino's NOS Events Center, on December 30th and 31st.
The lineup includes a variety different artists from more commercialized acts to bigger bass drivers. Some popular commercial acts include: The Chainsmokers, Steve Aoki, Zedd, Alesso, and Diplo. With a more main stream lineup you also have bigger bass artists including: RL Grime, Kill The Noise, NGHTMRE, Ghastly, and Baauer. The lineup also features up and comer’s like Mau5trap’s Rezz and the psychedelic trance group, Rabbit In The Moon, both of which are coming off of an incredible year.
With this jaw dropping lineup comes the excitement from new material from headliners. RL Grime, recently just released new a new track with What So Not and Skrillex titled “Waiting” and teased new music within his Halloween V Mix. The Chainsmokers also released a new the “Collage EP” with new single “Setting Fires,” and have been teasing a new stage design. With such a star studded lineup, new music and surprises can be expected.
