With their tour underway Madeon & Porter Robinson have caught the hearts of fans all over the world in the last few months. Whether you have been lucky enough to catch the show in person, or have seen videos of it, the Shelter tour is about all people can talk about in electronic music right now. The tour's name comes from the most recent release from both producers, a collaborative effort titled “Shelter” same as the tour. The track is a feel good vocal ride of emotions that already has fans singing in unison all over the globe. So far, A-Trak has been the only artist who has taken their own style to the track giving it a live rework. Our article for that version can be found here. Now, a new and familiar face in EDM has premiered his own remix of the track.
One of Porter Robinson‘s best friends in dance music Mat Zo has created a remix of the track that is absolutely stellar. Unfortunately so far all we have is a live rip of the remix from his latest show, but for now it's good enough! His rework features in a lot of the earlier sounds from his career, mainly his time releasing on Above & Beyond's label Anjunabeats. It still leaves the original untouched enough for it's melody and vocals to shine through, but gives it just enough spin to get us dancing to it all over again.
