Zhu has been making the world of dance music and beyond get down with the beats from his latest album ‘Generationwhy'. The title track of the album just received a remix treatment from Big Wild and we have to say this one might have just topped the original.
Big Wild, who has been championed by Odesza on their foriegn family collective, is an eclectic producer who certainty cannot be defined by a genre. His remix of ‘Generationwhy' brings the track into a new realm of grooviness (I may have made up that word). It is laid back, but also at points brings a certain energy that the original lacked. As the intro builds to the originals vocals exclaiming “something in the night was calling me…” the track releases tension into a future bass styled jam that will have you begging for more.
Big Wild has been making headlines recently as spring and summer festival line ups are dropping and he seems to have made most of them. We are particularly excited for his performance at Electric Forest this summer. Check out the track below and make sure you follow Big Wild on Facebook, Soundcloud and Twitter. This is one artist that you do not want to miss a thing from.
