Groove Cruise just completed their epic West Coast sold-out cruise to Cabo San Lucas last week, with incredible DJs including Mark Knight, Fedde Le Grande, Dubfire, Lee Foss, Gareth Emery and more. Before setting sail for their next adventure in January from Miami, they’ve partnered with long time favorite Markus Schulz, EDM.com, and Metapop, for the ultimate remix contest.
The task, contestants will remix Schulz In The Night for a once in a lifetime chance to win roundtrip airfare, a Stateroom cabin and two tickets to Groove Cruise M
iami, and the chance to play aboard electronic music’s biggest and original floating festival for the gig of a lifetime.
Taking sail from Jan 23-27, Groove Cruise Miami will charter a brand new boat in 2017, the Carnival Victory, for 96 hours of sunrises, sunsets, beach parties and onboard dress ups. It’s a sea experience like no other, transporting the ever expanding GCFam from downtown Miami through the deep blue waters and secluded coves of the Caribbean on GC’s maiden voyage to the beautiful white sands of Grand Turk.
The lucky winner will have the chance to join a boatful of the best talent, and the chance to play in Groove Cruise’s Sea of Trance with Andrew Rayel, Cosmic Gate, Darude, Markus Schulz, or the other crew-members of Dash Berlin, Dean Mason, Dzeko & Torres, EDX, Grum, George Acosta, Huxley, Hook n Sling, Lee Foss, Oliver Dollar, Nora en Pure, Roger Sanchez, Sandra Collins, Sam Feldt, UMEK, CocoDrills and many more!
The winning remix will receive a commercial release and will be uploaded onto Beatport, Spotify, and Apple Music, courtesy of Metapop. Metapop provides access to over 110,000 pre-cleared tracks for fans to remix and upload directly to YouTube, allowing rights holders and remixers to monetize their work.
