3LAU is basically a unicorn, he is not the stereotypical DJ that just parties and cash big paychecks; he's using his music to give back on a global scale through working with Pencils of Promise to build schools in developing countries. 3LAU began his career making mashups in his dorm room at Wash U St. Louis (finance major & turned down a dream job on Wall Street), and then toured and grabbed the attention and got support from huge heavyweights such as Tiesto, Steve Aoki, and more.
3LAU released a vibey brand new single You Want More ft. MAX. This is the third single off his not-for-profit label BLUME, and all money from streams/downloads will be donated to Pencils of Promise. Another stunning masterpiece by the talented Justin. 3LAU is featured in many Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday, Weekly Buzz and on the cover of electroNOW.
3LAU HAUS “World Tour” w/ 3LAU + Jackal will begin this Friday 12/9 and will be playing at Story Miami. This is the makeup date for 10/07 show that was postponed. In a recent article from US Magazine 3LAU says:
“Max is super stoked about the charity component as well,” the 25-year-old explains. “When he heard the idea, he was like, ‘I want to do this right now. In the beginning of 2017, we can start releasing information on where the schools are going to be built, and potentially where we’ll do a trip with all the fans.”
