We broke the story a few days ago about a cryptic video on YouTube that seemed to hint to Alive 2017. The article was quickly picked up by every site you could ever imagine, but sadly Reddit seems to believe it is simply a hoax. This is because the cryptic message was deciphered to be a snippet from a wikipedia entry. It was given away by a random letter which was the cut off of the next word, the cipher decided to exclude.
Now the real Daft Punk have taken to their official Instagram to post a photo on them standing on a mountain (or pyramid) of speakers. What could this mean? The positioning and inclusion of a pyramid is exciting, but it honestly could end up being another piece of merchandise, as that is where most of the time seems to be spent for the robots these days.
