Sometimes you stumble upon an artist by accident and it's just fate. That is exactly how it happened for me when I discovered the magic that is Bakermat. I heard that a little festival called Mysteryland was going to be making its way over the America in 2014. So naturally I looked in the original addition held in The Netherlands. What I found was a recap video that had a lasting effect on who I was as a person and what kind of festival experience I gravitated towards. From that point on I was smitten with every single one of Bakermat's releases. I eventually saw him live at Mysteryland USA in 2015 and my mind was further blown. The absolutely joy that comes from one of his sets is something that everyone needs to experience at least once. When I heard that he dropped a new single, I was all over it. ‘Baby‘ is in Bakermat's usual fashion – as it features a beautiful, soulful sample. The beat proceeds to slowly take over and a symphony of piano and drums float you away. Soon accents of saxophones melt in and the soul sample returns.
