The fake pills are a mixture of the extremely dangerous opiate Fentanyl and actual xanax. Fentanyl is 50 of times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine. If you have no tolerance to opiates, this drug will kill you easily with the dose found in one of these fake bars. Take it from an ex heroin addict – even if you have a ridiculous tolerance to opiates, it does not take much to kill you either.
Be careful in Miami this week and if you choose to buy Xanax in the black market from an individual you do not know, TEST IT. In this case your life literally depends on it. Party safe down there everyone.
