Newcomer to the scene, 20 year old Tryston Alexander, has just released a very original and subtle sounding radio ready track that is sure to get any day started on the right foot as we power through these spring months.
The record opens up with gated FX and really well produced organic piano melodies, complete with beautiful lyrics laid over by Nik Gold. The meaningful and easy to follow words really compliment the soft nature of the track.
The drop is the highlight of this production and features tropical style melodies, but utilized with a clever pitch-bending synth that really draws the listener into some deviated highs and lows.
Being a huge fan of breakdowns in tracks, Tryston gives us a super ambient, pad driven, styled with a glass synth plucking its way through the rest of the unused space. It's great to hear young producers, and the future of electronic dance music pushing forward while staying original, creating solid records!
