Terror struck in the South Linden neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio at around 3:20 a.m. early Sunday when 9 people were shot at an after-hours nightclub.
This is the second nightclub shooting this year. The previous one–also in Ohio–happened at Cameo nightclub in Cincinnati when one person was killed and 15 others were injured. There were two men involved who have been charged with murder, but police said there may have been more people connected.
According to police, shots were fired from inside J&R Party Hall during an argument, and they are unsure as to whether there were multiple shooters.
There are five female victims and four male victims whose injuries range from minor to life-threatening. There have been no further statements released.
