Ekali is one of bass music's fastest rising stars. Obviously we are not surprised since this guy is an absolute beast when it comes to sound design. Ekali is as passionate about his fans as he is about his music.
Last night some male fans were barred from entering his show because they did not have enough girls with them. While this is standard practice for many night clubs, Ekali was not about to let his fans be turned away for a sexist door policy. He took to twitter to vent his frustration as well as handled things himself with the bouncers in question.
This is incredibly dope to see an artist go so far for his fans. Big ups to Ekali!!
On the topic of discrimination of any kind at my shows. pic.twitter.com/ShEyw1Cryp

I'm literally on the street yelling at bouncers and having to argue about why sex profiling is wrong. This shit blows my mind
