Following news of the explosion outside of Ariana Grande's concert in Manchester, London police have confirmed 19 dead after the blast and another 50 injured. Investigators are currently treating the incident as a terrorist attack.
The home secretary, Amber Rudd, said that “This was a barbaric attack, deliberately targeting some of the most vulnerable in our society – young people and children out at a pop concert.”
