I have to real right now. I have loved Calvin Harris since the very beginning. ‘I Created Disco' and ‘Ready For The Weekend' are both in my top 5 dance music albums of all time. I have even enjoyed a lot of his recent productions that were more pop oriented. That being said the few tracks we have heard from his latest compilations are a return to his former style. I could not be more excited.
Volume 1 Is Just The Beginning
Funk Wav Bounces Vol 1 seems to be a perfect blend of old and new Calvin Harris. While he has tapped many inspired main stream vocalists the beats and songs behind their voices is classic vintage Calvin. I literally cannot get enough. Now Calvin has confirmed that Vol 1 is only the first Vol and that more are too come. Until he is out of ideas…
