EDC Las Vegas 2017 – A 34-year-old man has passed away at Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, the Clark County coroner said on Monday.
According to local news, Thousand Oaks, California resident Michael Morse died early Saturday morning. Morse was reported to have gone into convulsions at EDC and was pronounced deceased at the venue, according to the coroner.
“”He never made it to the hospital,” the coroner examiner told News 3. “His cause and manner of death are pending, and it looks like it may take up to two months for the toxicology reports.”
A relative not at the event believes that the long lines for water could have been a major contributing factor to Morse's death. “We were told the lines were an hour or more to get water. They got it fixed for the second night, but we were told the lines were very long the first night.”
