This very Roland drum machine has the original presets of the iconic track still loaded on the hardware. Bangalter himself was known to own many TR-909 machines, with this being the fifth in his collection.
An original TR-909 in good condition is already set at a high value for interested collectors. So a TR-909 that was owned by Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter and has the original presets of ‘Revolution 909’ still loaded on the hardware will naturally run at a steep price.
Bidding for the drum machine is already at €10,000 and could possibly get higher.
