When opening for a headlining DJ, it's usually smart to know your role as the opening DJ. The opening DJ's role isn't to get the dancefloor going off, but instead their role is to set the tempo, watch the room and setup the headlining DJ.
As Sam Feldt was scheduled to take the stage at Foynhagen's Tropical Tuesday event, Burak Yeter opened but apparently played Scooter and the biggest DJ hits. As soon as the set was done though, Burak Yeter tweeted that “some minutes before I complete my set, the jealous manager of Sam Feldt came up to the stage and tried to stop my music on purpose due to jealousy of their artist and stopped the music after some attempts.” Look at the entire Twitter war below.

If you get booked to play warm up at a tropical house party at 8pm and you play Scooter & the biggest hit of DJ after you, you're losing it. https://t.co/PIR4WD86hf

Just play Kygo without the kicks. Easy. Hahaha no just kidding. But don't play the biggest tracks of the Dj's after you. Common sense..

Yep… especially when you then blame and insult that artist @DimitriVangelis

I would too. My tour manager thought it was offensive though and he asked 3 times if he would stop playing that track.. He wouldn't..
