Back in August of 2016, Porter Robinson and Madeon released the highly anticipated collaboration “Shelter.” After Porter Robinson dropped Worlds in 2014 and Madeon dropped Adventure in 2015, this one of the first new releases from the duo.
In a tweet posted today (July 11th), Madeon revealed that “Shelter” has passed 100 million streams, 80% of which are mostly audio streams. “The craziest thing about it to me is that we made it all on our own” revealed Madeon. As music today is often created by a team of writers, Madeon said that they just sat down and made a song they both cared about.

I think it's safe to say that fans are anxiously awaiting to hear more News about any future Porter Robinson and Madeon music releases.
Also realized Shelter passed 100.000.000 streams. The craziest thing about it to me is that we made it all on our own.

There wasn't an army of writers and label people. We just sat down and made a song we cared about. And it was listened to 100m times. Dope.

I'm so impressed and grateful for everybody that believed in it and got involved after the song was done (video, tour, marketing etc).
