Shortly after SoundCloud was reported to only survive another 50 days, Chance The Rapper tweeted “I'm working on the SoundCloud thing.” SoundCloud has since disputed the claim stating that they are fully funded into the fourth quarter.
While we're not fully sure what Chance The Rapper meant here when he claims to be “working on the SoundCloud thing,” many fans are speculating that Chance may just be investing some of his money into the music streaming service or possibly looking to buy it out.
Whatever the case may be, let's wait to see what beholds of SoundCloud's future in the coming months here.
