Ok everybody, I am not kidding you here with this next statement. Nitti Gritti's “Lights” Remix is hands-down the best mash-up I've heard in years. I've never heard of Nitti Gritti before, but after this track, he's firmly on my radar.
I came across the track just stumbling through Soundcloud and noticed it got a lot of reposts, so I decided I needed to check it out, and I'm glad I did.
This track is a mash-up/remix of San Holo's “Light” & Kanye West's “All Of The Lights”. The way that Nitti Gritti weaves in and out of these tracks beats & vocals is nothing short of amazing. He doesn't just mash it up either – when I got to the drop, I was beyond blown away. The drop is a MASSIVE trap drop that literally gave me goosebumps. I've listened to this song no less than 20 times over the past few days, and I know this will be a track that I listen to for a LONG TIME.
