The jungle terror king is back with an arsenal of new, fresh, and groovy tunes for us to enjoy. The very talented producer/dj shows off his genre bending style with his new EP ‘Drum Nation.'
The Owsla released EP is a whipping and sizzling string of festival jungle tunes. Featuring 5 songs, 4 of them newly released today. This EP is quintessential Wiwek, packed with whirling percussion hits, huge tribal drums and powerful festival synths.
1. ‘Drum Nation':
The EP starts off with everything we can expect an artist like Wiwek to deliver. ‘Drum Nation' is a festival anthem that is absolutely going to drive all dance music fans bananas. Complete with the vocals of WatchTheDuck, it is something that I can see being played at any big event this summer.
2.'Savage ft. Finess':
This second track is hype. Like damn. The rhymes of Finess combined with Wiweks crazy percussion makes for a powerful jungle terror banger.
3. ‘Mercy ft. Ragga Twins':
My personal favorite. It is apparent that Wiwek would work with the tribal and jungle style of Ragga Twins. The drop synths in this track are crazy and will turn any person into a full fledged jungle terror fanboy.
4. ‘Raindance':
The fourth track of the EP is very representative of its name. When you listen to this you will agree I'm sure that it actually feels like you're involved in a raindance. Tribal chants combined with amped up drum hits, good luck listening to this song without feeling a need to dance naked in the jungle.
5. ‘Best Of Me w/ Chace':
The final track sees Wiwek teaming up with fellow Barong Family member Chace. This song has jungle trap vibes written all over it. It's chill and yet also hits like a festival rager.
