A few months ago, I came across a truly powerful track that lured me into not only its beauty but its uniqueness as well. “Don't Let Me Go” was created by a new talented DJ/Producer that I believe has the potential to someday become one of the best artists out there. AMIDY has an exotic music style that I would have to define as cinematic. Every rhythm and melody are combined exquisitely, providing an excellent sound to every one of his works.
Recently, AMIDY has released a new EP titled, “Lost Home.” The EP includes two tracks that AMIDY himself produced and vocalized. “Glass Heart,” the first track off the record, is a vibing yet powerful track that will undoubtedly have you compelled to listen to every second of it. AMIDY's vocals accompany this track phenomenally; you can absolutely sense the regret and the pain in his voice that truly expresses what the song is really about. His second track “Fire Within” would have to be my personal favorite. This track will undeniably touch the hearts of all that hear it. The beautiful piano takes you away into an unearthly world of bliss. Once the song reaches its breakdown, it suddenly transforms into a dominant sound that will instantly snap you out of any daze.
AMIDY is one artist that we hope to see break out in the future. We can't wait to see what more is in store from this brilliant DJ/producer. He will definitely continue to be on our radar from now on.
