Megan Hamilton, a name we've been following for while now has just released a new funky track with Tortuga – called Funkin' Up The Speakers.
Megan Hamilton is a producer/vocalist based out of Minneapolis. With a debut break on Bristol's Ghetto Funk, Hamilton has found herself bringing that European influence to funk in the US. It wouldn't be out of place at the Fractal Forest either! With a busy touring schedule, Megan Hamilton seems to be performing everywhere across the USA at the moment.
Tortuga is a Denver based electronic music duo comprised of Ryan Mahrer and Tyler Arndt. Taking inspirations from blues, jazz, funk, soul, hip-hop and electronic music, these guys fuse and meld their individual styles, into an eclectic mix.
