The Chill track “Get What You Give” from Felix Cartal was one that exploded earlier this summer and heard in sets everywhere. With summer wrapping up, there's now a video to go with the track. The wait was worth it!
The video for “Get What You Give” follows a boy and girl as they meet and embark on a magical summer together, falling in love for the very first time. You expect a normal guy meets girl video, but are taken by surprise early on by a scene with a boat floating in the boy's cereal. “We wanted it to look like a small, boring suburb and then transform it all into a fairytale-like place, to show that when you are in love, you’re just happy with everything and you see the good things in life,” explain the Danish directors Jonas Risvig and Frederik Borg. Throughout the rest of the video, the magical encounters are welcomed and draw your attention to the brilliant detail throughout the video. The yellow, blue and orange details in certain scenes totally pop. Hats off to the whole team who created this beautiful video!
