A New York-based songwriter, an electronic music producer and above all else, an artist, Jonathan Dagan — known by his stage name: J.Views — takes music to unprecedented levels of the creative process. Like a poet writing with a deeper meaning, Dagan doesn't settle at simplicity, but creates multilayered productions with analog synths that sparkle among the track's other electronic elements. With that perfectionist's attention to detail, J.Views has managed to push the boundaries, thinking outside the box in an art form and industry where others sometimes fall back to a formula for “success.”
J.Views knows real success.
A two-time Grammy nominee, Dagan's most recently released album ‘401 Days' took listeners on an adventure through an artist's process. It was an innovative release, that which interacted with its audience in a fashion unlike any other album — in recent history — and that is why it brings us the utmost pleasure to premiere the album's next chapter.
The three-disc deluxe edition, ‘401.1' features live renditions with the Revolution Orchestra, as well as edits and remixes from Bad Royale, RKCB and more. Similar to how J.Views adds layer upon layer to perfect his productions, all of the live renditions and remixes add a new, redefined layer to the original. The deluxe edition follows a structure complementary to the original album, ultimately shining a new light on the beauty behind Music Production as a unique art form with seemingly endless possibilities.
And now, without further ado, listen to all three deluxe edition discs below and don't forget to catch J.Views on tour this November at one of the following dates!
