On Friday Linkin Park held a show in honor and memory of Chester Bennington, their recently passed lead singer. They put on the event as a celebration of life for Chester and streamed it live on YouTube for the world to behold. Just days before this Steve Aoki released ‘One More Light (Steve Aoki Chester Forever Remix)'. Aoki was a good friend of Chester's and tge band. They have collaborated before, and made some amazing music.
This new remix is a truly heart felt one. Its sure to stir up some emotions in any listener of Linkin Park, or not. The song message has a more than relevant message for everyone. With the release Aoki left a message on Twitter: “Thank u @linkinpark. Keep @ChesterBe close to your heart & play this one loud! Sing it loud! We all miss u so much.” The proceeds from Linkin Park's concert will go to their Music for Relief Foundation. Aoki's remix can be found on iTunes, Spotify, and several other music sites.
