K+Lab – the new big emerging name in the North American glitch hop scene hits us hard with his brand new EP – Wiggy.
K+Lab's latest release, is the first to come from his new home (and studio) in Vancouver. Showcasing the more Hip Hop side of Glitch music, K+Lab strays from his usual funkified tunes towards some straight up bassline rollers.
Enlisting LA based rapper EVeryman on “Banga Boomerang”, it features quirky raps which simmer alongside tough beats and tight wobbles. The track takes a turn for the best with an ending so heavy, any drum n' bass enthusiast is sure to break their neck.
“Wiggy” is another collaboration between New Zealand's Alias and Sam Ross who feature on K+Lab's album “The Worldly's”. Sam's bass slaps take centre stage contrasting with Sluggish Analog bass, glitched up vocals and tight cuts from Alias.
This is another example of the quality of K+Lab – it's out now from all of your favourite online stores here: https://fanlink.to/wiggy
