Porter Robinson has transformed just about everything about himself in 2017, even his name. Now performing under the moniker, Virtual Self, Porter has dropped two new tracks that are unlike anything we have heard before. If this is your first time reading or hearing about Virtual Self check out our handy guide right here.
The two songs released so far are ‘Eon Break' a high energy bordlerine happy hardcore production that is reminiscent of Japanese electronic pop which inspired the Dance Dance Revolution series, and ‘Ghost Voices'. The second track carries the emotion of trance beautifully throughout while also injecting some signature Porter elements to make it a work entirely his own.
Now Virtual Self has announced that a full EP will be released on November 29th. So get ready for more new music, as it is just over the horizon right now. What's more is that a Redditor who was based out Russia noticed that the post also included the detail of a new label. Could Porter have even bigger plans for the Virtual Self project? It certainly appears so…
