Multi-talented vocalist and producer Ellen O hailing from Brooklyn, New York is out with her second album ‘You/Sonata’. ‘You/Sonata’ follows the New York based artist's first album, “Doves and Sparrows” which debuted in 2014 off of Gold Bolus Recordings. Ellen O has recently released three singles off of her latest album ‘You/Sonata’ including her tracks, “Marriage Plot,” “Uneven” and her most recent fun energetic party track, “Every Day” featuring hip hop star, Smoke DZA.
The nine track album has a nice relax feel to it. Ellen O’s tracks have smooth balanced rhythm filled with great emotive and ambient vocals. Ellen O is a classically trained pianist and you can hear the piano chords and sweeping synths throughout her tracks. “You/Sonata also guest features Smoke DZA, SHRAF and Khallee.
