2018 is expected to be a big year for Insomniac as they celebrate a milestone- their 25th anniversary. Founder and CEO, Pasquale Rotella is marking this momentous occasion by revealing a new logo, a simplified eye-shaped design with a bulls-eye target at the iris.

Along with the new logo, Insomniac revamped its website showcasing a sleek, modern and simplistic design that makes it easier to access everything in their arsenal–from their branded music festivals, new music, Insomniac Magazine and photos and videos of their events.
On a social media post, Rotella stated, “…I think we’ve made it easier for you to get the latest info on all our events, as well as discover new sounds in the Music section. We’ve also started rolling out new festival websites, starting this week with EDC Las Vegas, EDC Japan, and Beyond Wonderland SoCal. Lots happening in our digital world, including introducing you to some new friends, “The Insomniacs,” who represent some of the cool characters within our community.”
The social media post also shed light on the upcoming changes to EDC Las Vegas 2018, which will see all new stage designs for five of its stages (kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, neonGARDEN, bassPOD, and quantumVALLEY–which will rid of its tent and become open-air) and of course the brand new Camp EDC experience.
All of this news comes on the heels of the opening of their new warehouse-style club in Los Angeles, ACADEMY, as well as their extremely popular all-trance event Dreamstate and the addition of EDC Japan and China.
It's impressive that in a relatively short period of time, Insomniac has grown from warehouse rave parties in the 1990s to the behemoth music festivals and nightclub venues that they are now known for. The year has just started, but Rotella and the entire Insomniac team are not wasting any time gearing up for the celebration of their 25th anniversary.
