I was just introduced to this artist, Yoshi Flower with his debut single. It is definitley worth checking out. “Movies” is the name of the game and Yoshi takes on the roll of producer, songwriter and vocalist. That much ability gives an artist a lot of control over their overall style. Yoshi's sound has that uniqueness-factor while also being really well produced. As it plays out, clean vocals take the lead as instruments overlay with each other, each new element catches your ear as they drop in. And it's all dialed into a nice warm, crunchy mix.
