In the past 6 months alone, “Despacito” has increased by one billion views.
The second most watched video sits at 3.5 billion views and is Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's “See You Again.”
To celebrate the news, Luis Fonsi shared a one minute video on Instagram in which he gathered the best clips of how the song became so viral worldwide.
