Black Coffee Shares Conversation He Had With Avicii Just Weeks Ago

In the wake of Avicii's death on Friday (April 20th), DJ Black Coffee shared how he and the Swedish producer were chatting about working together on a potential GQOM song.

Black Coffee joined thousands of others by sharing heartfelt messages about the late musician. Black Coffee even went on to share screenshots of a WhatsApp conversation he had with Avicii where talked about playing around with gqom beats. “I also played with gqom rythms after you showed me a couple of songs. And a huge part of inspiration last three weeks (in) writing sessions have been African rythms,” said Avicii.
