This week I had a nice find with this recent drop by rapper/electronic-hip hop artist, Kachinga. “New York” was an early single released for his album, ‘Sky Falling’ and it was the first song I heard by him and still one of my favorites as I get into more of his music. Right from the start these deep chords build on top of an old school narration to set the tone. Before you know it, Kachinga drops into a sick, bass heavy beat that hooks you in and it keeps you locked in, going hard until the end.
