Yellow Claw is definitely working hard to make what you might call a “come back” after a bit of a hiatus in recent months. With the departure of frontman, MC Bizzey in late 2016, the Amsterdam-based group has been working diligently to reclaim their sound and creep back into the spotlight.
Just a few weeks ago they dropped a brand new original track called “Villian” feat. Valentina and it was exactly what you have come to know and love about this original-trio-turned-duo. And this weekend, they're back with another tune we can almost bet you'll be into – “Crash This Party” feat. Tabitha Nauser.
This new song is very much in their wheelhouse with big, bouncy synth, trap-filled melodies, and of course, a powerful vocal lead to really complete the composition. Yellow Claw has really been able to master a sound that consistently just works, and this new song definitely does not disappoint.
All of the new music we're getting from YC is leading up to a brand new album that'll be dropping on June 22nd called New Blood, which honestly sounds like a very fitting name considering the growth and rebuilding the duo has been focused on. We're excited to bump “Crash This Party”, and can't wait to cop the entire new album when it drops next month.
