Outside of the label boss himself, Rezz has without a doubt been one of the most successful artists to ever come out of Mau5trap. While her earlier work focused on dark, minimalistic techno, Rezz has recently crossed over in the world of bass. With massive success as well. She is now headlining festivals, closing down mainstages, and packing venues all over the world.
One thing fans have been waiting for though was finally confirmed today. A Rezz x Deadmau5 collaboration is finally on the way.
Deadmau5 Is Collaborating With Rezz
In a tweet, Deadmau5 has a screenshotted picture of a conversation with Rezz. In it, the two are discussing the beginnings of a new collab. Naturally, Rezz is doing all of the talking and Deadmau5 is mostly doing the complaining. It is obviously all in good fun though.
Will this collab actually be slowed down to the 85BPM range as suggested? Will Deadmau5 really let that fly? Seems like we may be getting answers to this question sooner than later…check out the tweet below.
