We first heard about the new masked producer GRAVEDGR as Carnage championed his sound early on. The collaboration that was featured on Carnage's last album between the two artists was undoubtedly one of the heaviest tunes on the LP. ‘Hijueputa' was one hell of an introduction to the masked man, but things got taken up a few notches today with the release of his new solo single and accompanying music video.
GRAVEDGR – ‘Rampage'
In the video, GRAVEDGR is full-on going on a rampage. The intensity of the single which does not hold anything back is entirely matched by the visuals. It was honestly kind of insane the level of violence they went with, in this 3-minute video. GRAVEDGR definitely wanted to make a statement bursting onto the scene, and this music video is no doubt a bold one.
So far it has only racked up about 10K views, but for the small level of notoriety GRAVEDGR currently has, that isn't half bad. If I had to guess as more people learn about it, it will start to blow up. The song itself is decent. The only question that remains is – has GRAVEDGR dug his own grave prematurely by including some gratuitous violence in his music video debut? Only time will tell.
Check out the video below, but be warned – there is a scene of a woman being bludgeoned to death by a sharpened shovel, and another of a man being drowned in there, and no shortage of blood throughout.
