Earlier this evening, Electric Forest faced some dangerously severe weather forcing the festival to shut down.
Attendees were forced to leave the forest to seek shelter from the storm.

Severe weather is in the area. If you are with us in The Forest, please exit the venue and return to your vehicles to seek safe shelter. We will let you know when the weather has passed. #EF2018

According to popular DJ Rezz, the weather was expected to be so bad that Electric Forest staff took down the LED Wall. She promised that she would still perform if the weather would clear by the time of her performance.
I have no idea what’s going on, but Apparently forest is closed for the time being …. and they’ve taken the LED wall off of Sherwood – the stage I am playing. I am really fuckin hoping the weather turns around .

After some time, the storm thankfully passed, allowing attendees to return to experience their last few moments at the festival.
